  • Print design

All services are custom and tailored to each client.

💳 Payments

  • All payments must be made in full before work begins
  • Prices are listed in USD
  • No work will start until payment is confirmed

🎨 Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the product description.

  • Additional revisions may require extra fees
  • Major changes outside the original scope may be treated as a new project

🚫 Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy.

  • No refunds once work has started
  • Refunds are only available if the project has not begun

⏳ Turnaround Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the project scope.

  • Delays may occur if required information is not provided by the client
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication

📁 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have rights to any materials they provide

  • Final approved designs are delivered to the client upon completion
  • Auréa Creative Group retains the right to showcase work in portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed
