🎨 Digital Products & Design Services
All digital services (including logo design, branding, and illustrations) are non-refundable once work has begun.
Because each project is custom-made:
- No refunds will be issued after the first concept has been delivered
- Revisions are included based on your selected package
- Additional revisions may require an extra fee
👉 If you need to cancel:
- Full refund available only if work has not started
🖨️ Print Design & Physical Products
For printed or physical items:
- We do not accept returns once the item has been printed or produced
- If there is a defect or printing error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery
