At Auréa Creative Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services and products. Due to the nature of our work, policies may vary between digital services and physical products.


🎨 Digital Products & Design Services

All digital services (including logo design, branding, and illustrations) are non-refundable once work has begun.

Because each project is custom-made:

  • No refunds will be issued after the first concept has been delivered
  • Revisions are included based on your selected package
  • Additional revisions may require an extra fee

👉 If you need to cancel:

  • Full refund available only if work has not started

🖨️ Print Design & Physical Products

For printed or physical items:

  • We do not accept returns once the item has been printed or produced
  • If there is a defect or printing error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery

We will:
✔ Review the issue
✔ Offer a replacement if applicable
